  • Great customer service every time I have been in the bank. This was last year, but one time, there was a line of 4/5 people waiting, and a lady (sorry I don't know her name) came out of her office, and offered to help anyone waiting in line, who was just making a deposit. I thought that was really nice. She could have sat in her office, and ignored the situation. Real Team effort. They make everyone feel important. My only complaint is the mac machine in the rear of the building. It's very difficult to access the machine, without opening your car or truck door, and hanging your body outside the vehicle, no matter how close you pull, and it seems people struggle with the process. Also, it's unsafe anymore, to have a mac machine in an area where someone could be hiding to rob you, especially when you're having difficulty reaching the machine. Please consider putting machine inside double doors, and make customers use a card reader outside the building, to access doors in off hours. Thanks Sandy

  • Earlier this year I had my disability benefits discontinued by my insurance company. I first contacted a large law office in Philadelphia. They reviewed my case and said they would not take it because they did not see how they could win the case and reverse the denial of benefits. After that disappointment I did a web search of attorneys nearer my home and called the office of Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe. Someone took my information and later that day Attorney Wolfe called me to discuss the case. After a few days we met at his office where Attorney Wolfe clearly discussed how the case was going to proceed over the next few months. It was clear that Attorney Wolfe and his team knew exactly what the insurance company would need to overturn the decision to deny benefits. The plan was carried out in a very organized, efficient manner over the next several months. Attorney Wolfe and his legal assistant were terrific in keeping me informed along the way. After the insurance company receives all the information the Attorney's office has compiled, they have 90 days to make a decision whether to reverse their denial of benefits or not. In our case the decision to reverse the denial of benefits was made in less than one day. The claim's handler said it was the most thorough and organized appeal that she has seen. I am incredibly pleased with Attorney Wolfe and his team and would recommend them highly.
